Privacy policy

This policy explains how FutureMed SA processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., San Francisco, USA, which uses Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, Inc. (both USA). Pages may therefore be delivered from servers in Switzerland, the EU, the United States or other countries. When you open a page, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time are processed to deliver the site and keep it secure. These technical logs are kept by Webflow for a limited period for security purposes. We do not use them to identify you.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and set no cookies for those purposes. Fonts and images are delivered by our hosting provider together with the website. We use no external font services such as Google Fonts.

Contacting us

When you write or call, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to answer you. If your request concerns a group company, we forward it to that company so that it can answer you. We keep this data for as long as that purpose and legal retention duties require.

Please do not send medical information to info@futuremed.ch. If you do, we use it only to forward your message to the group company concerned and do not keep it ourselves. For care, contact the group company directly: health data is handled by each company under its own privacy policy and medical professional secrecy (art. 321 Swiss Criminal Code).

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process technical data and your messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry relates to a contract, to take steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We make no automated individual decisions.

Disclosure and transfer abroad

Data is disclosed to our service providers (hosting, email, IT) and, where your request concerns them, to our group companies in Switzerland. Webflow, Inc. and its sub-processors process data in the United States. Webflow is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council and the European Commission recognise as ensuring adequate protection. Webflow's data processing agreement also includes the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing and a copy in a common electronic format (data portability), and you may object to its processing, by writing to info@futuremed.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity. You may report a suspected breach to the FDPIC. If you live in the EU or EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
